Our assistance fees

If Reserv Solutions charges a fee for its own assistance, the fee and applicable refund conditions will be explained before you agree to a paid service. Do not proceed if the terms are unclear.

Third-party rental charges

Rental deposits, rental payments, cancellation fees, fuel charges, damage charges, and other amounts charged by a rental provider are governed by that provider's contract and policies. We cannot promise a refund from a third party.

Requesting a review

To ask us to review a payment made directly to Reserv Solutions, contact info@car-deals.online or call 1-833-581-3557. Include the date, amount, and reference information available to you. Do not send full card numbers or security codes.

Legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
